When the summer sun baked the region in 2024, a staggering 1,700 unauthorized pavilions bit the dust across its towns and districts. Anapa, Gelendzhik, and Sochi, the resort titans, experienced the lion's share of these removals.
The sweep extends beyond the resort oasis, as municipalities have green-lit over 11,400 spots for legal temporary retail outlets.
