Art Corner: Culture Kiosk Transforms into Gathering Spot for Art Enthusiasts
This coming weekend, Culture Kiosk in Harburg will transform into a vibrant hub of art and interaction, hosting the much-anticipated ART CORNER event. Organised by Manon-Thérèse Hartmann and Patrick Schlie, the event will showcase a diverse range of local artists and musicians.
On Saturday, August 31, visitors can expect to see wood sculptures by Sören Noffz, sewn lighthouses filled with sand by Jan Peter Wegner alias Leuchtturm-Jan, and canvas installations and illuminated illustrations by André Maiwald. Urban artist "Brozilla" will also make an appearance, while local musician Jan Schröder will perform live music.
On the same day, Peter Noßek will display selected art covers of the Harburger Blatt designed by Ralf Schwinge and Bernd Muss. Jenny will present paintings and stickers, and Resi will exhibit animal-themed pieces, along with miscellaneous items.
The excitement continues on Sunday, September 1, with Philine Hartmann showcasing her woodcuts and drawings. WETON will present Innovations in leftover concrete, and Bernd Muss will present sculptures. Sören Callsen will read poetry, and music enthusiasts can enjoy Italo-Disco, Funk, House, and Indie Dance by DJ B:Zar. André Bönadel - Modern Art will also be present.
