Author's New Favorite: Dickies 247 Trousers
The author has cottoned on to a new favourite in his pants rotation, the Dickies 247 trousers. Available in regular and loose fits, these 100% cotton pants have impressed him with their quality and comfort, even at a price over £50.
The author purchased the loose fit version in 'desert sand' for £65. Made from 8.3 oz. cotton twill, enzyme-washed for a soft, broken-in feel, these pants have an inseam up to 32 inches, perfect for the author's 5'9 height. The drape hovers nicely above his shoe tongues. Despite the premium price, he considers them the best in his current rotation, even compared to the legendary Dickies 874 work trousers at £70.
The author has been pairing these pants with an all-black western shirt and beat-up canvas sneakers. Despite suffering from a peculiar bedtime anxiety of mentally tallying his pants, he finds the Dickies 247 pants a welcome addition to his collection.
The Dickies 247 pants, with their perfect fit, quality fabric, and suitable length, have become the author's top choice. Despite their higher price, they offer excellent value, making them a worthy addition to any wardrobe.
