The resurgence can be attributed to the increasing demand for Food and Beverage (F&B) outlets post-pandemic, leading to the rapid opening of several new F&B tenants at the mall.
Cheras LeisureMall has been a significant part of the community, hosting various events and activities that engage local residents. It has been involved in cultural celebrations such as lion dance competitions and has supported community movements like the Brick Panda Movement in August 2025.
