What's on Offer
As a real estate apprentice, you will receive a monthly pension of 40.00 Euro, an attractive remuneration according to the collective agreement, and a year-end bonus. Additionally, you will be eligible for a subsidy for public transportation.
The apprenticeship requires at least an intermediate school leaving certificate. The theory is taught in block lessons at the vocational school in Fürth, while the practical phases are mainly spent in the real estate center at the Sparkasse.
Part-time Course for Becoming a Certified Real Estate Broker
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to further your education by enrolling in a part-time course offered by the GTW. This course combines flexible self-study with intensive practice sessions at the Munich Fachakademie, leading to certification as a real estate broker.
Practical Experience and Customer Interaction
As a real estate apprentice, you will gain varied and challenging practical experience. You will be in direct contact with customers, answering real estate questions and offering tailored solutions.
