Presently, 'Drama Number Three' is operating within the confines of a repurposed Palace of Culture, erected in the latter half of the previous century.

Dramatist Viktor Yakimov contributes to the accessibility of the Kamensk-Ural Drama Theatre by establishing an inclusive setting.

In Kamensk-Uralsky, Deputy Chairman of the Sverdlovsk Region's Legislative Assembly, Viktor Yakimov, has pledged support for improvements to Theatre "Drama Number Three" to create a more accessible environment for individuals with disabilities.

After meeting with the theatre's new director, Mikhail Maltsev, Yakimov discussed the need for renovations to enable ease of access for all spectators, including those with mobility impairments and war veterans. The theater has already taken steps towards accessibility by adding ramps and special seats in the auditoriums, but the main challenge lies in facilitating movement between floors.

The current venue for the theatre, a former palace of culture built in the mid-20th century, requires significant overhaul. A possible solution is the installation of elevators that will allow everyone to move comfortably within the theatre. Yakimov has suggested that Maltsev prepare the required documents and calculations for the project, which will be implemented once its financial and economic justification is provided.

While progress on the project has not been made public, the Children's Chamber Theatre from Verkhnyaya Pyshma received the Grand Prix at the international "Cultural Fusion" competition in a previous development.

As the information regarding the current status of the accessibility improvements project at Theatre "Drama Number Three" remains limited, inquires about the project's progress or installation plans may be directed to the local cultural administration or the Kamensk-Uralsky center of tourism and development for official statements or progress reports.

In alignment with his commitment to improving accessibility, Deputy Chairman Yakimov has also discussed the need for home-and-garden renovations to make his own residence more welcoming for visitors with mobility impairments, following the success of accessibility improvements at Theatre "Drama Number Three." Furthermore, Yakimov's proposed lifestyle upgrades for his home include the installation of elevators, similar to those planned for the theater, to facilitate smooth transitions between floors, thereby creating an inclusive living space.
