This year saw eight beach chair rental joints join forces for some seaside shenanigans, complete with goal wall shootin', a raffle, bouncy castle madness, and a one-of-a-kind beach chair taste competition! Not to be outdone, the Oldenburg marching band made a delightful procession along the promenade, while the trio "Ten To Go" rocked the beaches with their sweet tunes. All of this for a coin or two tossed in the hat - generous souls dropped over 3,000 euros!
Where'd that cash go, you ask? These hard-earned moolahs have been earmarked for charitable organizations with hearts as big as Grömitz bay. But wait, aren't you curious? In no particular order, check out these do-gooders! The Maxis Handball HSG, Grömitz children's house, Zoo Arche Noah, Red Corner, the food bank, the fire department, youth fire department, and the children's cancer aid Lübeck! Now, ain't that a fierce lineup?
