Engineer Lưu Hoàng Phuơng Honored as Hà Nội's Outstanding Innovator
Engineer Lưu Hoàng Phuơng, a dedicated innovator in Vietnam's infrastructure, has been recognized for his outstanding contributions to Hà Nội. Since joining FECON in 2014, he has specialized in large-scale underground construction, publishing groundbreaking research and earning numerous awards.
Phuơng's journey began over a decade ago in Hà Nội, where he led complex infrastructure projects as head of the Construction Engineering Unit at FECON.
