On the evening of August 1st, 2023, adults and families with children are invited to embark on an exciting adventure in Leichlingen, Bergisches Land. The Silent Hunt - In the Footsteps of Batman excursion, a collaboration between the Wupper Association and the Biological Station Rhein-Berg, offers a unique opportunity to learn about the fascinating lifestyle of bats while exploring the picturesque Wupper river.
Tobias Mika from the Biological Station Rhein-Berg will lead the excursion, using a 'Bat Detector' to help locate these nocturnal creatures. Participants are asked to bring a flashlight for added safety during the event, which begins at 7:30 PM.
