Schrader's career in the agency industry and customer care and consulting has seen her work for notable companies such as Stork & Herrmann, ATS Advertising Agency, and Territory brand agency, where she served clients including Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Barmenia, and Phoenix Contact for seven years.
Her experience extends to project management for clients in the foodservice sector, including Fuchs Gewürze, Lotus Bakeries, and Lantmännen Unibake. Schrader's plans at Vogelsänger Studios include expanding the sales automation area, strengthening participation in pitches and tenders, optimizing the selection of target and desired customers, intensifying customer contact, and evaluating new target markets in the age of artificial intelligence (AI).
