First-time co-living development launched in Cebu by developer
🌆 In the bustling heart of Cebu, Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) unveils CityFlats Cebu I.T. Park, a brand-new residential haven tailored for the growing population of professionals and students alike.
CityFlats decks out 466 rooms across 14 stories, offering 396 co-living units and 70 hostel rooms. The cherry on top? Options like traditional bunk beds, loft-style layouts for added privacy and PWD-friendly accommodations.
Get ready for round two, arriving in October. CityFlats Cebu Business Park will be a towering 18-story beauty, boasting 392 units nestled within them, including 70 hostel beds.
📣 "Cebu I.T. Park has seen remarkable growth – transforming into a vibrant business hub and a significant contributor to the regional economy," beamed ALI vice president Yeng Tupaz at the grand opening on Monday, April 28, 2025. "At Ayala Land, we strive to ensure growth is inclusive and beneficial for one and all."
Monthly rent for co-living rooms kicks off at P6,100, while hostel units will set you back P1,800 per night.

This project also boasts a social hall adorned with a mural by artist JP Pinpin, fostering a sense of community among residents. Ground-floor retail spaces, such as a laundry shop and eateries, are slated to open soon.
According to Bryle Ian Mendaros, project development manager for Visayas Estates of ALI, the project is geared towards students and young professionals in Cebu. With approximately 80,000 working professionals already at I.T. Park (an increase from last year's 70,000), CityFlats aims to tap into this burgeoning urban crowd.
CityFlats Cebu I.T. Park marks the fifth CityFlats project by ALI, making it their first foray into the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

Compared to nearby developments like the luxury 38 Park Avenue and the pre-selling townhouses at City Grand Residences, CityFlats appears to offer more mid-range housing options within key Cebu locations.
