Initiating bicycle-driven activities in Wolfsburg: commencement of STADTRADELN initiative
Get ready, cycling enthusiasts of Wolfsburg! The Rad-Stempel-Challenge 2025, part of the Klima-Bündnis Services Campaign STADTRADELN, is set to begin on August 24 at the Hollerplatz. The opening event commences at midday, and the raffle for participants with six or more stamp entries starts at 4:30 PM.
If you're new to the scene, here's a quick rundown: Registration for the event is free, and you can sign up via the STADTRADELN website or app. To log in for the first time, participants must assign themselves to a municipality and a team or found a new team. Previous user data for participants from the last two years is still valid, so re-registration is not necessary.
At the opening event, you'll have the chance to collect your stamp card for the Rad-Stempel-Challenge 2025. Collect stamp entries at various stations in the city during the event, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Completed stamp cards should be submitted again at the Hollerplatz by 4:15 PM.
First Mayor and City Building Director Kai-Uwe Hirschheide will address participants at the event, sharing insights about STADTRADELN and general cycling information. You'll also find additional information on the stamp card and online, including interim results, statistics, local partners, team captain invitation texts, interesting facts about the campaign, and a heatmap of cycling in the city area.
Participants can win prizes for the number of stamp entries collected during the Rad-Stempel-Challenge 2025. Small prizes are up for grabs for collecting three stamp entries.
