Each house in the development boasts photovoltaic solar panels, enhanced wall, floor, and roof insulation, and is claimed to be energy efficient.
One of the future residents, David Jackson, expressed his excitement about the wheelchair-accessible bungalow he will be moving into. Struggling with stairs in his current home, he considers this new dwelling a fresh start. David attended the official launch of the new homes last week and shared his sentiments, expressing his anticipation for a life without the hassle of stairs.
The wheelchair-accessible bungalows offer a selection of adaptations to cater to diverse needs, and it is expected that they will have a positive impact on David's life.
