Mother of Three Vows to Keep Family Off the Streets After Past Homelessness

Elena Ilic, a 30-year-old Lucerne native, is determined to keep her family from facing homelessness again. Two years ago, she found herself in a desperate situation with two young children and pregnant with a third, struggling to find a place to call home.
