Museum's Spooktacular Halloween Celebration

Last Friday, the Flight Gallery played host to a thrilling Halloween Evening, organized by the Development Team. The event, which attracted over 1,000 members, was a night filled with fun, fright, and festivities.

As guests arrived, they were greeted by the ghostly presence of Albert Einstein and Amy Johnson, adding an air of mystery and intrigue to the event. The evening began with a creative choreographer transforming the younger guests into dancing zombies, setting the tone for a night of entertainment.

The resident DJ ensured the music played throughout the night, with guests rocking out to Michael Jackson's iconic song "Thriller". The music provided the perfect backdrop for the terrifying torch-lit treasure hunt that took place on the fourth floor Medical Gallery.

Guests were also given the opportunity to get crafty, with activities including making slime, creating Halloween-inspired fridge magnets, and crafting unique pieces of jewelry. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with autumnal stews, witches' cauldrons, and jellied eyeballs on the menu.

Images from the event can be found on Facebook, offering a glimpse into the spooktacular night. The Development Team is already planning next year's event, promising that it will be even bigger and better.

With over 400 corporate members and museum members in attendance, it's clear that the Halloween Evening was a resounding success. Here's to another year of Halloween fun at the Flight Gallery!
