Musician Robbie Williams invests in a £30-million waterfront mansion in Miami, featuring seven bedrooms, an extensive 18-car garage, a wine cellar, and a private dock.
Robbie Williams Moves to Miami with a $40 Million Waterfront Mansion
Robbie Williams, the renowned British singer, has made a splash in the exclusive Old Cutler Bay neighborhood of Miami by purchasing a stunning $40 million waterfront mansion. This acquisition sets a new record for the area, costing approximately $5,000 per square foot. The property encompasses a spacious 19,380 square feet, situated on a rare 1-acre peninsula with a staggering 435 feet of waterfrontage and a 75-foot dock.
The mansion boasts seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and two powder rooms. Other key features include a resort-style pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, a wine cellar, and an 18-car garage with an attached gym. The interior design maintains an all-white aesthetic, with spaces like a family room featuring an in-wall TV, a bar and lounge area, and a formal living room with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with three Sub-Zero refrigerators.
Williams has commissioned Manny Angelo Varas, known as "The Billionaire’s Builder," for a $5 million luxurious expansion and renovation, set to be completed within a year. The planned upgrades include a 2,000-square-foot guest pavilion, which can serve as a recording studio when Williams is not touring. A unique feature under consideration is a floating padel court, which, if approved, would be the first of its kind for a U.S. home.
This purchase follows Williams and his wife Ayda Field's sale of their Beverly Hills estate to Drake for $75 million. This move to Miami marks a departure from Hollywood, as the sale of the LA mansion signified Williams looking to cut ties with the city after owning a property there for 18 years. The property was previously owned by Real Housewives of Miami star Dr. Nicole Martin and her fiancé Anthony Lopez.
Williams's move to Miami comes after he sold four properties in the last two years. His only other remaining asset is his £17.5 million Kensington, London home. The singer has stated that his children are a significant factor in deciding where to live due to schooling considerations.
