OGV Sengenbuhl's Annual Herb Cutting Event on Oct 10
The Obst- und Gartenverein Sengenbuhl is hosting its annual herb cutting event this year. The main event will take place on Friday, October 10, from 9 am to 4:30 pm at the OGV house in Oberrappendorf. Registrations are open until Wednesday, October 8.
The traditional method used by the association for preserving herbs involves drying them. This is typically done by bundling and hanging the herbs to air dry, similar to the common practice of making herb bundles like Salbei-Smudge-Sticks for later use. Herb pre-orders can be placed with Josef Breu at (0 99 73) 46 27 or Anton Hierstetter at (0 99 73) 31 63 daily from 6 pm.
