Starting from Monday to Thursday, between 11 am and 2 pm, you can taste the new lunch dishes on offer at the canteen. Breakfast enthusiasts can enjoy their morning meal in the canteen from Monday to Friday, between 7 and 10 am.

In a bid to promote regionality, Geuenich has been seeking out new suppliers. Eggs for the canteen are now sourced from Kuppers poultry farm in Kaarst, a farm that stands against the practice of "chick culling" and focuses on raising roosters. Fruit and vegetables are procured via a Düsseldorf-based fruit wholesaler, with a preference for local businesses within the district when possible.

The canteen's menu is set to improve in the coming months, with the addition of more diverse regional and vegetarian meals. One organic dish per week will be featured, made exclusively from organic farming ingredients and prepared fresh daily. New recipes have also been added to the menu.
