Photography company, PrimaMedia, honored with a unique accolade in the "Port of Vladislavsk - 2024" photography competition
In the heart of Vladivostok, the city project "Home Port Vladivostok" has been making waves, and the PrimaMedia Information Agency has been at the forefront of its success. The agency, known for its swift and significant news updates on their VK page and Telegram channel, served as the information partner for the project.
The competition, open to both adults and younger photographers aged 12 and above, saw a remarkable display of talent. Ten works made it to the final of the "Echo of the Moment" category, one of which was Evgeny Kuleshov's photograph, "The First Team Ice Speedway Race in 42 Years." Kuleshov, the head of PrimaMedia's multimedia department, expressed his intention to submit the photo due to its historical significance. His efforts were rewarded, as the photograph received appreciation from the jury and a special prize from the competition's partner, Rostelecom.
Evgeny Kuleshov was not the only PrimaMedia representative to shine. Dmitry Osipchuk, a photographer with the agency, also made it to the final with two works. Both of his photographs were included in the 2024 Best Photographs album.
Another standout work was Polina Krashennikova's "Retired Trolleybus," which received special recognition despite not receiving enough votes. Krashennikova's work was admired for its atmosphere, sincerity, and warmth, and she was awarded a special prize by the PrimaMedia team.
The winner of the "Echo of the Moment" category was determined by the subscribers of the PrimaMedia Telegram channel (18+). The photo "Moonlit Dreams" by Nikolai Sinilo received the most votes and earned him the editorial award.
Evgeny Kuleshov expressed his gratitude for the response his photo received, marking a successful outing for PrimaMedia and its talented photographers in the "Home Port Vladivostok" competition.
