Solingen Launches Waste Separation Awareness Campaign with Giant Coconut Milk Can
Solingen is launching a waste separation awareness campaign, starting with a kick-off event on June 3rd. The Technical Works Solingen (TBS) and the nationwide initiative 'Germany separates. You too?' are partnering for this cause.
The campaign will use a giant coconut milk can as a visual aid. This XXL can will be displayed in front of Solingen's town hall at 2:00 PM on June 3rd, on Walter-Scheel-Platz. Following this, TBS will provide waste separation advice at weekly markets on June 4th, 11th, 6th, and 13th. At each event, a quiz about correct waste separation will be conducted to engage the public.
The campaign aims to educate residents about the importance of waste separation and recycling. It is a collaborative effort between TBS and the nationwide action, with the goal of encouraging everyone to play their part in waste management.
