Sansiri's buildings are designed with flexibility to accommodate seismic vibrations, while using quake-resistant structures. More than 200 projects have been confirmed as completely safe post-earthquake assessments.
Sustainable construction materials like green cement and precast concrete are being employed both in new and existing residential developments. Numerous seismic studies highlight the exceptional durability of precast concrete elements during high-stress situations[1][2], making them perfect for earthquake-resilient construction.
To improve soil stability, Sansiri has proper landfilling procedures in place for their upcoming projects.
