Tiny Kitty Haven: Adorable Felines Packed Into a Compact Space
Heading out with Dann for a purr-fect day, we stumbled upon the Miaoka Cat Cafe in Milan! This feline haven was quiet when we visited, allowing us some furry solitude. Upon entering, you're greeted with a 5 Euro minimum consumption rule — an easy purchase considering the average drink price. We grabbed a strawberry boba for me, English breakfast tea and cake for Dann. The boba was delightful, loaded with brown sugar tapioca pearls, soft coconut, and juicy strawberries. Dann's cat-themed tea cup was a nice touch. The cake, a strawberry creation with soft frosting and thin sponge, was equally enjoyable.
The staff requested we wear foot gloves, which we swapped for individual pair, and then explained simple rules: no cat picking, no disturbing sleeping cats, no human food, and keep it quiet for the cats' comfort. We then entered the cat-filled paradise, featuring a treat machine to entice the furry friends. Since we were low on cash, we bought treats at the counter and shared them with our new feline friends. One small, curly-haired feline named Lola was especially fond of Dann, clawing at his bag and purring affectionately.
