Ninh Binh – On May 30, the "Forestival 2025 – Forests of Vietnam" forestation and cultural program kicked off in collaboration with the Department of Tourism of Ninh Binh Province, Viet Vision Media -Entertainment - Creativity JSC, and Cúc Phương National Park Management Board. This event marks the 11th anniversary of the UNESCO recognition of the Tràng An Scenic Landscape Complex as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site.

The initiative encompasses a practical approach to sustainable tourism, as outlined by Nguyễn Cao Tấn, Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism. In an effort to mitigate climate change, the event serves as a means to plant one more green seed for Cuc Phuong, with the ultimate goal of contributing to the Earth'sreenewal.

Prominent Vietnamese artists, including Hà Anh Tuấn, Đen Vâu, and Phan Mạnh Quỳnh, joined forces with directors and attendees in planting rare tree species such as mun (Diospyros mun) and chò chỉ (Parashorea chinensis) in the Thung Bông area of the national park. This endeavor supports the restoration of the forest ecosystem.

"Forestival 2025" is part of the "Heritage Heart" cultural project, combining music and arts festivities with ecological activism.
