Enver makes it plain: "Not every job we take." Just a small crew – two or three – who clean up quick, tidy, and respectfully. If it gets too gross or the customer's a dolt about the cost, they give it a miss. "Don't wanna do that to my boys," he tells News38.

Meanwhile, Enver ain't shy about sharing what he's seen: "Like this apartment where everything was shit – from the bathroom to the living room. Used toilet paper lying everywhere, the stink was unreal, and the toilet seats had to be replaced. Or this mattress, wrapped in foil, completely soaked – with insects. Turns out someone kicked the bucket in the apartment. The landlord kept it quiet. That was extreme, too," he remembers.
The Salzgitter apartment was easier to clean, but still, required gloves, safety shoes, and dust masks. The job was dirty, but not gross. Hano's fast workers cleared the apartment in a day. "We're quick," says Enver. Some junk removers store usable stuff, sell it later. Not Hano. "Tell customers to take out everything valuable," he explains. Hoping to avoid eBay sales, he ditched that idea. "Costs a lotta time and stress. Folks wanna everything for free," he grumbles.
"How could somebody live like that?"
Y'all ask the same question, but Enver's seen things. He's not so quick to judge anymore. "Sad stories behind the dirt," he says. "Lots of people can't help it – they're sick, no family, no strength to keep the place decent." One customer didn't leave his house for seven long years.
Since 2019, "Hano Trash Removal" has been a real family business, run by Dzejna. Along with household clearances, they rent out vans, handle vehicle registrations, and mediate real estate. They step in when others don't know what else to do. The job ain't easy, but over time, Enver's learned what it takes to make it work: Perseverance, and a little fun. "Gotta do what brings ya joy," he says.
