Unidentified Reference to the Foundation (indeterminate day/month/year)
The East German Savings Banks Foundation is currently offering a unique opportunity for a qualified individual to join their team as a Parental Leave Replacement. This fixed-term position, running until 31st December 2026, is part-time (75%) and is set to begin on 1st September 2025.
As a temporary replacement for an employee on parental leave, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing the duties of the original role. This could involve administrative, banking, or project-related tasks, depending on the position being replaced.
The ideal candidate should possess a completed university degree in cultural studies, cultural management, or a related field. They should also have qualified professional experience in funding and/or application administration, knowledge in at least one cultural field, and proficiency in common office applications, CMS, and ideally web editing. Secure German language skills (at least C1) and English skills are essential.
The role encompasses conducting independent consultation meetings, expanding cooperations, preparing meetings of the foundation's boards, supporting successful applicants, driving forward the foundation's own projects, and supporting the team in ongoing business processes. As a foundation representative, the individual will also advise on application submission, provide guidance during implementation, manage projects independently, and develop new funding priorities and programs.
Remuneration for the position is attractive and follows TVoD savings banks standards. The East German Savings Banks Foundation supports and initiates cultural projects in Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Saxony, and Saxony-Anhalt.
