Village confrontation in Gruber
The Grube Scout Community has announced a new event for everyone – the Grube Village Challenge, which will take place on Saturday, May 24. This exciting event, not related to the Grube Village Challenge mentioned earlier, will replace the cancelled Scout Day that was scheduled for May 1st due to the Kirchentag in Hannover.
The Grube Village Challenge will take place at the Gemeindehaus Grube, Bei der Kirche 8. The challenge, open to parents, siblings, friends, and interested parties of all ages, will last for three hours, starting at 1:00 PM and ending around 4:00 PM. Children under 1st grade are required to be accompanied.
Participants are advised to bring a daypack with drinks and a small snack. There are no specific details about the activities included in the challenge, but it's shaping up to be an enjoyable experience for all.
Andreas Dons, leader of children and youth work at the Grube parish, commented that the cancellation of the Scout Day wasn't too bad because there were no colorful Wolf's Head tests this year.
After the Grube Village Challenge, the winners will be acknowledged during the Scout service. The Scout service will take place at St. Jürgen Church at 4:30 PM. At this time, there is no information about any prizes or awards for the challenge.
